Arizona senior outfielder Karissa Buchanan was named Pac-12 Softball Player of the Week, and California senior Valerie Arioto was named Pac-12 Softball Pitcher of the Week for May 7-13.

The No. 1 California softball team won the inaugural Pac-12 Championship by beating No. 2 Arizona State 5-0 on Friday afternoon.
